Get to Know Your Smart Safe Box

Keypad and First Use
Keypad Description
The keypad features numbered buttons (0-9), *, #, Cancel, Confirm, an infrared sensor, and an external power connector.
Battery Compartment: Located inside the safe, it contains terminals for 4 AA batteries and a switch for "Setting Safe mode".
First Use Instructions:
- Insert 4 AA batteries into the external power supply box and connect it to the external power connector beside the infrared sensor.
- Touch the keypad to wake it up. Enter the default password "1234" and press "#" to confirm.
- Upon hearing "Unlocking successful", open the battery compartment inside the safe and insert 4 AA batteries to complete the first use.
⚠️ Attention: Do not place the external power box inside the safe. It is needed for initial power-up and emergency use when the main power supply is down.
Adding and Deleting Fingerprints and PIN Codes
Add Fingerprint and PIN Code
- Open the safe door and press the [? button] on the battery compartment.
- When prompted "Please enter fingerprint or PIN code", place your fingerprint on the sensor. A prompt "Fingerprint entering succeeded." indicates success. If it fails, "Fingerprint entering failed" will be heard, and the system will exit after 8 seconds.
⚠️ Attention: This product supports a maximum of 30 fingerprints.
- After successfully adding a fingerprint, you can add a PIN code. Enter a 3-8 digit PIN code and press "#" to confirm.
- You will be prompted to enter the PIN code again. Enter it again and press "#" to confirm. A prompt "PIN code setting successful" indicates completion.
⚠️ Attention: This product supports a maximum of 10 sets of PIN codes.

Delete Fingerprint and PIN Code
Press the [? button] on the battery compartment for 3 seconds. A voice prompt "Initialization successful" will confirm that all PIN codes and fingerprints have been deleted, restoring the safe to factory settings.
⚠️ Attention:
- This product does not support deleting individual fingerprints or PIN codes.
- Restoring to factory settings will also reset "Vibration alert" and "Safe mode" to their initial off state.

Safe Mode and Language Setting
Safe Mode
In "Safe mode", two registered codes are required to unlock the safe. These can be combinations like "fingerprint + fingerprint", "fingerprint + password", "password + fingerprint", or "password + password".
To activate "Safe mode", press the [⚙️/? button] on the battery compartment. A voice prompt "Safe mode is on" confirms activation. Pressing the button again turns "Safe mode" off.
⚠️ Attention: In "Standard mode", any single registered PIN code or fingerprint can unlock the safe.

Language Setting
Press and hold the [⚙️ button] on the battery compartment until a beep is heard. Pressing the button 4 times allows switching between Chinese and English.
⚠️ Attention: The default language is Chinese.
Back-up System
The safe is equipped with a back-up system. The main system operates under normal conditions. The back-up system is utilized if the main system fails or registered fingerprints and passwords cannot unlock the safe.
⚠️ Attention:
- For security reasons, the methods for using the back-up system are not disclosed. Contact customer support for instructions if the main system fails.
- Do not place the external power box inside the safe; it is necessary for starting the back-up system.
Alerts and Notifications
Vibrant Alert
To activate "Vibration alert", press the [⚙️ button] for 3 seconds. A voice prompt "Vibration alert is on" indicates success. Pressing the same button for another 3 seconds turns it off.
The safe will activate a vibration alert for 20 seconds when it detects a significant vibration. This alert can be stopped by any registered fingerprint or password.

False Alert
A false alert is triggered by 5 incorrect fingerprint entries or 3 incorrect password entries. The alert lasts for 20 seconds, and the system will be locked for 180 seconds.
⚠️ Attention: The safe cannot be operated when in the "Locked" state caused by a false alert.
Low-Voltage Alert
If the main power supply voltage drops below 4.8 V, the system will activate a "Low-voltage alert". A voice prompt "Low voltage, please replace battery" will be heard. Replace the battery promptly when this alert occurs.
⚠️ Attention: Low voltage may affect the normal operation of the safe. Please replace the battery in time when receiving this alert.
Network Configuration and Wall-Mounting
Network Configuration
Press the "Setting" button and the "Safe mode" button simultaneously until the blue light flashes to start network configuration. Refer to the "Network configuration manual" for detailed instructions.

- This function is optional and available only for "Network Edition" products.

Wall-Mount Instructions
Select an appropriate installation position. Open the safe door and remove the plugs from the back panel. Mark hole positions on the wall or cabinet, drill holes for expansion tubes, insert the tubes, attach the safe, and secure it with screws.
⚠️ Attention:
- Mounting on a concrete wall is recommended.
- Ensure the safe is firmly attached to the wall for safety.
