No, Yoco devices such as card machines and POS hardware are intended for use exclusively with Yoco Payment Services.

What is the warranty period for a Yoco card machine?
Yoco warrants that their devices will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing and factory defects only.

How do I turn on and set up my Yoco Neo Touch?
Press and hold the power button for three seconds. Once it boots, existing customers can select 'Log in' and enter their credentials. New customers can select 'Sign up', scan the QR code with their phone, and download the Yoco App to complete registration.

What should I do if my Yoco device is faulty or damaged?
If you suspect a manufacturing defect and are within the 12-month warranty, contact Yoco support via 087 550 9626 or support@yoco.com. Note that Yoco does not cover devices that are lost, stolen, or damaged due to negligence.
