Ensure the earbuds are charged and carefully take them out of the watch compartment. Turn on Bluetooth in your phone's settings, search for the device name (such as D12-TWS or D16-TWS), and select it to pair. The earbuds turn on automatically when the watch cover is opened.
The headset might not be turned on, disconnected, or the volume is completely lowered. Check that the headset is charged by ensuring the charging pins are in contact with the watch.
