Take the earbuds out of the charging box; they will turn on and pair automatically. Open your device's Bluetooth settings, search for the earbud model (e.g., T3 or TS05), and select it to connect. The first search may take up to 8 seconds.
If only a single channel is working, place both earbuds back into the charging box for 3-4 seconds, then take them out to allow them to sync and pair again.
