Before installing the N-Com system, watch the official installation video at www.n-com.it in the Support section. Generally, you must remove the cheek pads and helmet edge gasket, place the system in the designated rear housing, affix the keypad to the outer shell, and hook up the speakers and microphone inside the pre-set internal grooves.
To ensure good voice transmission quality, open the clip positioned on the microphone boom, adjust the length and position so the sponge is at the side of your mouth or right in front of it, and click it shut. Make sure the side correctly labeled is facing inwards.
Firmware updates can be securely installed using the N-Com EASYSET program on a computer or the smartphone app. Connect your N-Com system via USB, launch the EASYSET software, and follow the on-screen Firmware Update directions.
The N-Com EASYSET mobile app can be downloaded for free from Google Play or the Apple App Store. The desktop application is available on the N-Com website under the Support/Download/Software section.
