• How do I register my WiseEye camera?

  You must register your camera and set up your subscription at HuntControl.com before setting up the camera in the field. The camera is pre-activated to work with this system.

• What SD card does the WiseEye SmartCam support?

  The SmartCam supports standard SD cards between 8GB and 32GB capacity. Every SD card inserted into the camera must be formatted before use.

• How do I format the SD card?

  Turn the camera to SETUP mode. Once fully booted, press the Menu button, navigate to 'About', scroll down to 'SD Format', and select OK to execute the format.

• What type of batteries should I use?

  WiseEye cameras generally operate on 8 AA batteries. You can use alkaline or high-quality NiMH rechargeable batteries. Ensure you select the correct battery type in the camera settings menu.
