The Boomcore Tag is designed specifically for iOS devices and uses the Apple Find My app for tracking. It is not compatible with Android devices.
Use a small tool or your fingernail to gently pry open the battery cover via the side gap. Remove the old battery and insert a new CR2032 coin cell battery, ensuring the positive (+) terminal faces upward, then press the cover firmly to close.
To perform a factory reset, quickly press the tag's power button 5 times, holding the 5th press until you hear a long ring. Remember to also remove the item from the Find My app before trying to add it back.
