WATT support FAQ

Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.

  • Do I need to recalibrate my WATT e-bike if I remove the rear wheel?

No. WATT bikes are equipped with a rotation sensor instead of a torque sensor. You do not need to calibrate the electrical system; simply disconnect the motor cable and remove the rear wheel.

  • How long does it take to charge a WATT bike battery?

A completely empty WATT battery can be charged in about 3 to 5 hours. The indicator light on the charger will turn green when the battery is fully charged.

  • How do I turn on the WATT bike display?

Press and hold the 'M' button for a few seconds to turn both the display and the controller on or off. The bike will automatically turn off if not used for 10 minutes.

  • What is the range of a WATT electric bike?

Typically, you can expect a range between 40 and 70 kilometers on a full battery, depending on your weight, the level of pedal assistance you select, and the riding conditions (wind, terrain, and stops).

  • Where can I find the barcode on my WATT bike?

The barcode can usually be found on the inside of the frame, right above the pedals. It can be scanned to directly access support and customer portals.
