How do I prime the water system on my Pure Water Dispenser?
To prime the system, depress the cold water lever for approximately 1 minute until water flows continuously, then repeat the process for the hot water lever. Do not turn on the hot tank switch until water flows from both spigots.

What should I do if my water dispenser is leaking?
First, check if the water bottle itself has a leak (cracks or pinholes). If the water is pooling at the base, try replacing the bottle. Also, ensure all hose connections are secure and the drip tray is not overflowing.

How often should I clean my water dispenser?
The exterior and drip tray should be cleaned monthly. For internal sanitation, it is recommended to clean the unit or replace the SmartFlo™ water cartridge every 6 to 12 months using 70% rubbing alcohol or disinfecting wipes as per the manual instructions.

Why is the water not hot or cold enough?
Ensure the unit is plugged into a working GFCI outlet and the hot tank heater switch (located on the rear or inside the door) is turned on. Allow 15-20 minutes for hot water and several hours for cold water to reach optimum temperature after setup.
