  • What is the warranty on TuffStuff home gyms?

    TuffStuff offers a Limited Warranty that generally covers frames, welds, cams, and weight plates for a lifetime, pivot bearings and base pulleys for 5 years, and cables or specific wear parts for 6 to 12 months.

  • How do I lubricate the bearings on my TuffStuff machine?

    It is recommended to wipe down the hardened linear shafts weekly and lubricate them with a light layer of Teflon-based (silicone-free) gel or grease to prevent clogging.

  • What should I do if my equipment's cables appear frayed?
