  • How do I set up the Tenovi Gateway?

Connect the provided power cord to the Gateway and plug it into an electrical outlet. The LED ring will turn red to indicate it has power. It will automatically connect to the cellular network without needing Wi-Fi.

  • What do the LED colors on the Tenovi Gateway mean?

A red LED typically indicates the device is powered on and ready for the day's measurement. A green LED indicates that a measurement has been successfully taken and transmitted to your healthcare provider.

  • Do I need a smartphone or app to use Tenovi devices?

No. Tenovi devices use a cellular Gateway to transmit data automatically. You do not need a smartphone, app, or Wi-Fi connection to use the system.

  • How do I take a measurement with the Tenovi Blood Pressure Monitor?

Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, secure it, and press the Start button. Wait for the measurement to complete. The nearby Gateway will beep and turn green to confirm the data has been sent.

  • How often should I take measurements?

Generally, you should take one measurement per day unless advised otherwise by your healthcare provider. The Gateway resets its LED to red each morning to prompt the next daily reading.
