What is the Tan Delta Oil Quality Gateway (OQTg)?

What software is needed to configure Tan Delta sensors?
You must configure the sensor using the Tan Delta Configuration Software (TD Config), which must be installed on a Windows PC or laptop. It does not operate on Mac or Chromebook devices.

How many sensors can be connected to the SENSE-3 kit?
The standard SENSE-3 kit supports up to three OQSx-G2 sensors out of the box. However, it can be expanded to monitor up to 16 sensors by connecting multiple Gateway Hubs.

How tight should the OQSx-G2 sensor be installed?
You must tighten the sensor to no more than 20Nm using an appropriate 32mm spanner on the hex collar. Do not overtighten or attempt to screw the body directly.
