    Ensure you use the Tablo app for setup. Select 'Add via WiFi' in the app. Connect your smart device to the Tablo's broadcast network (e.g., Tablo_XXXX), then re-open the app to select your home network and enter your password.

  • Why is my external hard drive not recognized?

    If you have connected a USB hard drive and it isn't shown in your settings, or you haven't been prompted to format it, try rebooting the Tablo using the reset button on the underside of the device. Ensure your drive is between 1TB to 8TB in capacity.

  • What devices are compatible with the Tablo app?

    Tablo supports a wide array of devices including Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, Chromecast with Google TV, modern Samsung and LG smart TVs, as well as iOS and Android mobile devices.
