Suction support FAQ
Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
-
How do I load the Suction A-318N Grease Gun?
The grease gun supports four loading methods: 1) Cartridge Loading (paper or plastic), 2) Bulk Loading (scooping grease), 3) Suction Loading (pulling the plunger to draw grease in), and 4) Filler Pump Loading (using the bulk loader valve).
-
What should I do if the grease gun is not pumping grease?
If the gun pumps little or no grease, it is likely due to trapped air pockets. To prime the gun, loosen the head 2-3 turns, disconnect the plunger rod, and force the rod in and out to expel air. Once grease appears at the loose thread connection, retighten the head.
-
Why is grease leaking from the back of the grease gun?
Grease leaking around the plunger rod typically indicates a damaged rubber follower inside the barrel. This component usually needs to be replaced to restore a proper seal.
