Open your Z-Wave controller app, select SmartStart inclusion, scan the QR code on the back of the Strips or in the package, and remove the magnets. The sensor will automatically begin inclusion and be added within 10 minutes.
Take the magnet and move it to the rounded edge of the sensor, wait for the blink, and then move the magnet away. Repeat this 3 times. A final short blink confirms the manual wake-up was successful.
To reset your device, follow the manual wake-up instructions by moving the magnet to the rounded edge 3 times. On the 3rd repetition, keep the magnet at the rounded edge for 10 seconds. A long LED signal will indicate the reset was successful.
