Spinning support FAQ

Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.

  • How do I adjust the seat height on my Spinner bike?

Adjust the seat height so that there is a slight bend (25-35 degrees) in your knee at the bottom of the pedal stroke. Dismount the bike, loosen the seat adjustment pop-pin, raise or lower the seat, and secure the pin into a preset hole.

  • How do I stop the Spinner bike flywheel?

Spinner bikes use a fixed gear and weighted flywheel that do not coast. To stop, gradually slow your pedaling speed. In an emergency, firmly press down on the red resistance knob to bring the flywheel and pedals to a complete stop immediately.

  • What is the weight limit for Spinner bikes?

Commercial models like the Spinner NXT and Pro typically support up to 350 lbs (159 kg). Home Lifestyle Series models (L1, L3, L5, L7, L9) generally support up to 250 lbs (113.5 kg). Check your specific owner's manual for exact limits.

  • Does the Spinner bike allow coasting?

No. Spinner bikes feature a direct-drive flywheel system that keeps the pedals moving with the flywheel. You must not attempt to stop abruptly by locking your legs; instead, slow down gradually or use the emergency brake knob.
