Connect the goggles to your computer via USB while holding the mode/left wheel button. Your computer will safely recognize it as removable storage. Copy the downloaded firmware file to this storage directory to update.
Keep the goggles horizontal and stable when powering them on to allow the gyro to initialize. You will hear a beep when it is ready. Hold the Head Tracker (HT) or Menu button to reset the PPM signal to the center.
