Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
Most Shanyun Audio smartwatches, like the K8 model, require the HryFine app. You can download it by searching for 'HryFine' in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Turn on your phone's Bluetooth, open the HryFine app, and follow the prompts to add a new device. Avoid pairing directly through the phone's native Bluetooth settings before connecting through the app.
Ensure that the charging clip is properly aligned with the contacts on the back of the watch, avoiding a reverse connection. If the battery is completely depleted, it may take 3-5 minutes of charging before the screen illuminates.
Standard models like the K8 are typically not rated for heavy water exposure. They are generally not suitable for bathing, swimming, or hot showers. Please refer to your specific product manual to verify if it supports any IP water resistance ratings.
