Sequence support FAQ
Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
-
Are Sequence pumps submersible?
No, Sequence pumps are designed strictly as external 'out-of-pond' pumps. They are not submersible and should never be allowed to become submerged in water or run dry.
-
How do I prime my Sequence pump?
Before starting the pump, the priming pot must be filled with water. A flooded suction situation is preferred. If the fluid level is below the pump, a swing check valve must be installed and the pump primed prior to start-up.
-
Where can I register my Sequence pump for warranty?
You can register your new Sequence pump online at www.mdminc.com/pump-registration, or by mailing the warranty registration card included with your product.
-
Why is my Sequence pump experiencing low flow?
Low flow can be caused by air leaks at fittings, flow restrictions from closed valves or clogged strainers, or insufficient power. Ensure all plumbing is clear, valves are open, and air leaks on the intake side are sealed.
