Take the earbuds out of the charging box and wait 2-3 seconds for them to auto-pair with each other. Then, open your mobile device's Bluetooth settings, search for 'G10', and select it to establish a connection.
Put both earbuds back into the charging box for 3 to 4 seconds, then take them out again to force them to re-pair with each other.
Please charge the earbuds and their charging box with a standard 5V adapter and a Type-C cable. Do not use fast-charging adapters or any adapter with a voltage exceeding 5V, as this may damage the device.
First, check if the charging box itself has power. If it does, use a soft rag to wipe off the charging pins on both the earbuds and the box, then place the earbuds back into the case to charge.
