    To reset to factory defaults, power the unit on. When the LED light turns orange, press the '#' key and release it immediately. Hearing 'didi' twice indicates the system is back to factory settings. Registered users are not deleted during this process.

    Enter programming mode by typing '* [Master Code] #'. Then press '1', enter a User ID number (1-2000), press '#', enter a 4-digit PIN, and press '#'. You can then press '*' to exit programming mode.
