  • How do I factory reset my Ryoko Pro MiFi device?

    You can perform a hard reset by using a SIM card tool or a small pin to press the reset hole located on the side of the device. Alternatively, you can log into the web management interface at http://192.168.0.1, navigate to Settings > Device Settings > Reset, and follow the on-screen prompts.

  • Where can I find the default Wi-Fi name and password for my RYOKO 4G Hotspot?

    The default SSID (Wi-Fi network name) and Wi-Fi password are printed on a sticker label fixed directly on your 4G Hotspot device.

  • How do I charge my RYOKO solar power bank using sunlight?

    Expose the solar panel to strong, direct sunshine. A green solar indicator LED will light up. Note that solar charging depends heavily on sunlight intensity and should generally be used as an emergency backup rather than the primary method of charging.

  • Why does my RYOKO Wi-Fi hotspot disconnect automatically?

    To conserve battery life, the RYOKO hotspot has a Wi-Fi Sleep Mode that auto-turns off Wi-Fi broadcasting when no devices have connected to it for a while. You can normally awake it by pressing the power button, or you can disable this feature entirely via the web interface.

  • Does the RYOKO Pro hotspot support any SIM card?

    Yes, the RYOKO device is universally compatible with standard SIM cards. However, specific built-in features like the Ad Blocker and real-time data monitoring on the device screen are exclusive to the Viaota SIM card network.
