    According to the installation guide, the default Master code is 5555 and the default Installer code is 1234. These should be changed after installation for security.

    Firmware can be upgraded directly from the keypad using the Upgrade/Update menu under Remote Service. You can select "Latest version" to update firmware or just update the system logo.

  • How do I silence the ring on the PIMA Guest Intercom?

    On the intercom screen, click the "Quiet" icon (a bell with a slash or similar). This will silence the ring, though the screen will still switch to view the visitor when the doorbell is pressed.

    Yes, the FORCE series supports wireless peripherals. The FORCE Lite, for example, can support up to 24 wireless zones, and the main FORCE system can support up to 64 wireless zones using a receiver.
