The standard Panalux Sonara is rated IP20 for indoor use in dry environments. You should not use it outdoors or in wet conditions without using approved outdoor accessories.
Panalux models like the Sonara have been validated flicker-free at high speeds up to 10,000 fps, though it is always recommended to shoot tests when combining sources or shooting at extremely high frame rates.
