Turn the onetab on by holding down the 'On/Off' button at the top of the device until the screen turns on.
Plug the smaller end of the included cable into the port on the onetab, and connect the other end to a USB power source, such as a mains adapter or a compatible solar panel.
You will be asked to choose a language the first time you turn it on. To change it later, touch the information button on the home screen, select 'Settings', answer the security question, and choose 'Language' from the menu.
