How do I request a new user to be set up in the BaNCS system?
Complete the User Request form, signed by an authorized signatory, and email it to clearing@nzx.com.

What happens if I lock my BaNCS user account?
If you enter an incorrect password three times, the system changes your user status to 'Locked'. You will need to email clearing@nzx.com with your User ID to request an unlock or password reset.
