To clean your sparkling water maker, wipe it with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the device in water. Do not use any solvents or abrasive cleaners, as this could damage the surface.
No. Never wash plastic water bottles in a dishwasher or in hot water, as harsh chemicals and heat will damage them. Always hand wash the plastic bottles with warm water and a mild hand dishwashing detergent. Only the Mysoda glass bottles (compatible with the Glassy model) are dishwasher safe, though their caps must still be hand washed.
If the bottle overflows during carbonation, it is likely overfilled. Ensure you only fill the bottle with cold water strictly up to the maximum fill line indicated on the bottle.
First, make sure the water used is as cold as possible, as CO2 dissolves better in cold water. Also, ensure the carbonating button is not pressed for longer than 1-2 seconds at a time (press 2-3 times max). If the problem persists, check that the CO2 cylinder is screwed in tightly or replace the CO2 cylinder if it is running low.
Mysoda equipment has a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase for standard household use. The warranty does not cover defects caused by carbonating liquids other than water, normal wear and tear, using expired water bottles or CO2 cylinders, or using unauthorized commercial components.
