Mountain Top support FAQ

Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.

  • How do I clean my Mountain Top roll cover?

Clean the cover regularly using water and normal car shampoo. It is not recommended to wash the roll cover in a brushless carwash, as strong chemicals may damage the surface coating. Ensure drainage channels and canisters are cleared of debris.

  • How do I calibrate the EVOe roll cover?

To calibrate or reset the EVOe roll cover, press and hold the button on the remote for 12 seconds. During calibration, the cover will open fully and then close. This should be performed monthly.

  • What is the load capacity of the Mountain Top Cargo Slide?

The Mountain Top Cargo Slide generally has a maximum load capacity of approximately 350 kg spread evenly across the deck, though you should check your specific model's manual to confirm.

  • What maintenance is required for the canister and rails?

Regularly remove dirt and debris from the glide rails and canister using compressed air or a vacuum. Apply a PTFE-free all-conditions wet lube to the inside of the canister ends after cleaning.

  • Can I drive with the Cargo Slide extended?

No. The Cargo Slide must be in a locked position and the tailgate closed while driving. Goods must be secured to prevent shifting.
