    Launch the Moku app on your computer or iPad, connect to your device, go to Settings, and check for firmware updates. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update process.

  • How do I factory reset my Moku:Lab?

    Make sure the device is plugged in and powered on. Press the Factory Reset button on the underside of the device with a paper clip for two seconds. It will restart in Wireless Access Point mode with Ethernet enabled.

  • What is the warranty period for Liquid Instruments products?

    Moku:Pro, Moku:Lab, and Moku:Go come with a one-year limited warranty. Liquid Instruments warrants their products for a period of 12 months from the date of supply.

  • How do I connect to my Moku:Go via Wi-Fi for the first time?

    On your computer or iPad, join the Wi-Fi network called 'MokuGo-######' where '######' represents the 6-digit serial number printed on the bottom of device. The default password is printed alongside the serial number (labeled as PSK).
