MEAT support FAQ
Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
-
How do I contact MEAT customer service?
You can reach MEAT customer service by calling 1-833-993-1831 or by emailing support@madewithmeat.com.
-
Where can I find warranty info for my MEAT grinder?
For complete warranty terms and conditions, visit meatyourmaker.com/warranty. Most products include a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.
-
What should I do if my MEAT grinder jams or slows down?
Shut the grinder off immediately and unplug it. Carefully remove the grinder head ring cap, plate, and blade, then clean out the holes and remove any tendons wrapped around the blade before reassembling.
-
Are MEAT grinder parts dishwasher safe?
Using a dishwasher is highly discouraged for many components, as high heat and harsh detergents can damage metal coatings and cause rusting. It is best to wash pieces by hand in warm soapy water.
-
Why is meat backing up in the back of my grinder?
This typically happens when the auger is not able to handle large portions of meat. Cut the meat into smaller pieces (approximately 1-inch squares) and chill it to 32-34˚F so the auger can feed it properly.
