• Why does my MEARI device not recognize the SD card?

  Ensure the SD card is inserted while the device is powered off. The card should be formatted to FAT32. Poor internet environments may also affect card recognition.

• How do I switch the Wi-Fi network on my MEARI camera?

  To switch networks, you must first remove the device from the App and hold the reset button on the device. Then, connect your phone to the new Wi-Fi network and add the device again through the App.

• Why am I not receiving notifications from the MEARI App?

  Check that the App has permission to send notifications in your phone's system settings. Also, ensure the motion detection or relevant reminder function is enabled within the App.

• What should I do if the device preview fails?

  Check if your Wi-Fi signal is strong. If the signal is weak, move the camera closer to the router. If the issue persists, reset the device and re-add it to the App.

• Does resetting the device remove it from the App?

  No. Resetting the device typically only clears the network configuration. To completely remove the device, you must delete it manually from the device list in the App.
