Wipe external surfaces with a damp cloth if visibly dirty. Disinfect after each patient test using LumiraDx approved materials. Let the surface remain wet for 1 minute before air drying. Avoid spraying fluids near the USB ports.
You can use 20µL dual-bulb or single-bulb plastic transfer pipettes (single use), or a calibrated laboratory pipette set to 20µL. Ensure they do not contain external coatings, surfactants, or preservatives.
Sample detection and confirmation can take up to 15 seconds on some strips. Do not apply additional sample drops while waiting. If the sample was not applied correctly, cancel the test and start over with a fresh test strip.
