Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
Use the originally provided USB charging cable and connect it to a standard 5.0V USB AC adapter. Always check the local voltage before charging. Ensure the device is fully disconnected from the power supply after it finishes charging, and never use or clean the toy while it is plugged in.
We highly recommend using only water-based lubricants. Do not use silicone-based lubricants, massage oils, or perfumed and alcohol-based gels on silicone toys, as these can degrade the material.
Always clean your product before and after every use following the specific instructions in your manual. Typically, warm water and antibacterial soap or a dedicated toy cleaner should be used. Ensure the charging ports or battery compartments are kept dry.
Lovehoney toys contain batteries and electronic components that must not be disposed of in standard household waste. Please take them to official WEEE collection facilities for proper electrical waste recycling.
