About Latch manuals on Manuals.plus

Latch is a full-stack smart access and building intelligence ecosystem designed to streamline property operations for modern multifamily and commercial buildings. Its product lineup encompasses smart door locks, remote-controlled readers, intercom systems, delivery scanners, and various IoT sensors designed for robust building management.

At the core of many Latch installations is the Field Station Hub, which connects local devices via a secure wireless network and bridges them to the cloud. Through the Latch Manager App, property managers and residents can conveniently configure devices, manage access credentials, and monitor environmental conditions like water leaks without needing every single device directly connected to local Wi-Fi.

  • How do I add a new device to the Latch Manager app?

Open the Latch Manager app, select 'Add Device' or tap the scanner icon. Use your smartphone's camera to scan the QR code on the device, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.

  • What type of Wi-Fi network does the Latch Hub require?
