Match the pin configuration on the back of the ELD to your ECM connector (9-pin or OBDII). Push the device in to fully seat it, then turn the outer locking ring clockwise 1/8 of a turn to lock it. Installation is complete when you see a pulsing green light.
First, turn your truck key to 'ACC'. Check for a green light on the device. Then follow the 'Troubleshoot Connection' prompts in the My20 app to troubleshoot the Bluetooth connection. Do not unplug the device unless requested by Support.
