I bought a KOMASTY 20V Cordless Electric String Trimmer and Edger through Amazon on August 7, 2026. I have used it several times. It will not start. The batteries are fully charged, and there is nothing I can see disconnected. What can I do? Is this covered under manufacturer warranty?
