Knot support FAQ
Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
-
How do I wind my Knot automatic watch?
For automatic watches, wearing the watch for at least 8 hours a day will automatically wind the mainspring through daily arm movements. If the watch has stopped, gently shake it from side to side, or manually rotate the crown to wind it until the power reserve indicator shows it is full.
-
How do I attach or change the strap on my Knot watch?
Knot straps feature 'Easy Levers'. Turn the watch and strap upside down, insert the strap into the watch starting on the side opposite of the lever. Push the lever inwards softly with your fingernail, slide the lever side of the strap into the watch body to align with the hole, and release the lever to secure it.
-
Are Knot watches water-resistant?
Yes, but the resistance level varies by model. Classic models typically feature 3 to 5 ATM water resistance meant for light splashes and rain. Sport models like the PX82 feature 20 ATM suitable for swimming, but they should not be used for scuba diving. Ensure the crown is always securely locked before water exposure.
-
How can I adjust my Knot mesh strap?
Insert a small flathead screwdriver into the clasp hole and lift the clasp. Slide it to your desired position, align the grooves on the back of the strap with the grooves on the clasp, and use the screwdriver to push it firmly back down so it locks in place.
