Put on your HMD, look forward, and reach back to press the main button on the inner sensor mounted on the back-support plate. Alternatively, you can calibrate via the KAT Gateway dashboard in SteamVR.
Ensure the sensors are fully charged. If they entered sleep mode after 30 minutes of inactivity, click the main button and shake the shoes. If they are still unresponsive, re-pair the sensors via the KAT Gateway software.
Maintain the base once a month by applying one drop of the provided maintenance oil and spreading it evenly on the surface using a dry cloth. Do not use the maintenance oil for friction adjustment.
