Ensure you have downloaded the required app (such as SharpFox or Marklife) from the App Store or Google Play. Turn on the printer by holding the power button for 2-3 seconds until the LED turns green. Activate Bluetooth on your phone and connect to the printer from within the app (do not pair directly through phone settings).
Check that the USB-C or HDMI cable is properly connected. If you are using a USB-C connection, ensure your device's USB-C port supports DisplayPort (USB-C 3.1). For HDMI connections, make sure an external power supply is also connected to the monitor.
Open the printer cover using the buttons on the left and right sides. Insert the paper making sure the printable side faces the print head. For tattoo stencil paper, remember to remove the white sheet between the plastic and top sheets before installing.
Verify that the paper is loaded correctly; thermal printers can only print on one side of the paper. Check if you accidentally installed the paper upside down.
