Can the INPLAY tracking tag be connected to multiple devices simultaneously?
No, it can only be connected to one device at a time. To connect to a new device, it must first be disconnected from the current device.

How do I perform a factory reset on my INPLAY Smart Tag?
Locate the button on the tag, double-press it until you hear a beep, then press and hold for 5 seconds until it beeps once every second. Release after you hear a double beep, and it will beep four times if successful.

Do INPLAY finders work with both Apple and Google networks at the same time?
No. Once a network is selected during initial setup, the other network is automatically disabled. You must perform a factory reset to switch networks.

What should I do if my INPLAY finder is out of Bluetooth range to disconnect?
If the finder is out of Bluetooth range, you should perform a manual factory reset on the device either before or after removing it from the Google or Apple Find My app.
