Innowater support FAQ
Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
-
Where should the Innowater chlorinator cell be installed?
The cell housing must be installed on the return flow plumbing line. It must be the last element the water passes through before returning to the pool to prevent hydrogen gas from building up in the circuit.
-
How do I calibrate my Innowater pH or Redox probe?
Probes should be calibrated before first use and periodically thereafter. The calibration consists of introducing the probe into the provided buffer solutions (like pH4 and pH7) and following the on-screen calibration steps in the unit's main menu until a stable reading is saved.
-
Why does my Innowater chlorinator display 'LOW SALT'?
The 'LOW SALT' message appears when the salt concentration is below the optimum working range. It can also appear if the water is extremely cold, calcium has built up on the cell, or the electrodes are reaching the end of their lifespan.
-
How do I register my Innowater product warranty?
You can register your equipment's warranty directly on the official Innowater website by filling out their dedicated warranty registration form.
