Grill support FAQ

Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.

  • Can I use combustible liquids or charcoal on an electric grill?

No, electric grills are not designed to be used with combustible liquids or barbecue charcoal. Doing so may cause a fire and permanently damage the appliance.

  • Is it safe to move the grill while it is turned on?

For safety reasons, never move the grill while it is lit, in use, or still hot. Always wait until the appliance has cooled down completely before attempting to move or store it.

  • How should I clean the non-stick grill plates?

Ensure the grill is disconnected from power and completely cooled. Use a damp cloth dipped in mild soapy water to wipe the plates, then wipe with plain water to remove soap residue. Never submerge the temperature control unit or electrical elements in water.

  • Do I need to season my smokeless indoor grill before the first use?

Yes, it is often recommended to "season" non-stick plates before the first use. Lightly brush a small amount of cooking oil, butter, or margarine on the plates and wipe off any excess with a paper towel.
