To reset models like the CJ-265C, switch off the device, press and hold the single and double espresso buttons simultaneously, and then switch the device back on. The control panel will flash 5 times to confirm the reset.
Ensure you use cold milk and adjust the milk froth dial on the tank cover. Turn the dial to the top right for more froth or to the bottom left for more hot milk.
