Take the earbuds out of the charging case to power them on. Enable Bluetooth on your media device, locate your Fiero model (such as MS1 or Star W1) in the list of available devices, and select it to pair.
Reconnect the earbuds to your device. If the issue persists, place both earbuds in the charging case and follow the manual's instructions to perform a factory reset.
