Feature Panel support FAQ
Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
-
How long should Feature Panel products be acclimatised before installation?
Store panels flat in their original packaging in the installation area, out of direct sunlight and in a dry location, for at least 48 hours prior to installation.
-
Can curved panels be installed using concealed brad fixing?
No. Curved panels are supplied without a tongue and cannot be installed using concealed brad fixing; they must be held firmly against the substrate using temporary bracing or clamping until the adhesive has fully cured.
-
What adhesive approach is recommended for curved Feature Panels?
Apply adhesive to the rear face of each curved panel only, and do not allow adhesive to squeeze into or bridge the panel joins.
-
Is an expansion gap required when installing panels to the floor?
Yes. Maintain a minimum 2 mm gap at the base to allow for natural expansion.
