    You can use the EWS Lynx Mobile App, which is freely available on both iOS and Android App stores. It allows you to connect to your EWS device via Bluetooth for easy on-site configuration.

  • How can I tell if my EWS device uses cellular or satellite transmission?

    Iridium satellite transmission devices feature an 'Iridium' sticker with the IMEI number, while 4G LTE devices have a 'Cellular' sticker with the IMEI number on the side of the device.

  • How do I put my EWS device into transportation or shipping mode?

    Press and hold the button on the device for 10 seconds. The LEDs will blink fast red and then stop, indicating the device has successfully re-entered Transportation Mode to conserve battery.

  • What should I do if my EWS sensor readings show an error?

    Troubleshoot first by checking the sensor wiring against the pinout information in your manual. If the wiring is correct, use the EWS Lynx App to verify the channel configuration and programming for the sensor being used.
