Connect the red wire to a 12v (+) source (3A max fuse), the green wire to a clean ground, the blue wire to your keypad's 'up/extend' button, the violet wire to your 'down/retract' button, and finally, connect the orange and yellow wires directly to your actuator motor.
If the actuator moves backward compared to the keypad input, simply swap the connections of the yellow and orange wires where they meet your actuator motor.
