Ensure the correct SSID and password are input via the TFT interface. Because ERiS EV charge points comply with the 802.11 IEEE network standard, they may have a shorter Wi-Fi range than mobile phones. ERiS EV recommends using a Wi-Fi extender or a hard LAN connection if the signal is weak.
Connect the CT Clamp cables to the terminals in the small PCB at the bottom right of the charge point. The green terminal blocks are not polarity sensitive, but if you have a 3-phase system, make sure the sequences match across all three pairs.
Scan the QR code on the back of the SIM card holder with your smartphone, which directs you to the YESSS Electrical portal. Complete all fields appropriately to activate. The initial connection may take 15 to 20 minutes to establish.
