EnergyIC support FAQ

Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.

  • How do I unlock my EnergyIC lock if the battery dies?

If the electric part is out of order or the battery dies, you can use the emergency mechanical key to unlock the door from the outside. It is recommended to keep the emergency key in a safe place outdoors.

  • What is the default unlocking code for a new EnergyIC lock?

For new locks that have not yet been bound to a user, the default code to open the lock is typically 123456.

  • How do I know if the battery in my EnergyIC lock is running low?

When the battery is running low, the lock will prompt a short beep sound 4 times in a 2-round cycle, and the keypad light will flash during unlocking. The door can still be opened approximately 300 times after the first warning.

  • What happens if I enter the wrong password too many times?

If the password is entered incorrectly five times, the system will lock for 3 minutes. During this time, the lock will beep if any key is pressed, and it will only reset after the countdown finishes or if it is powered off and restarted.
