Take the earbuds out of the charging case. They will power on and pair to each other automatically. Turn on Bluetooth on your device and select the ENACFIRE model from the list.
Turn off Bluetooth on your device. Take out both earbuds, touch and hold the power buttons for 8 seconds to turn them off. Follow specific manual instructions to hold the buttons again until the LEDs flash, then place them back in the charging case.

You may be in Single Mode. To switch back to stereo, try placing both earbuds back into the charging case and taking them out together, or reset the earbuds to clear the previous single-pairing record from your phone's Bluetooth list.
